project car. I'm not sure how the security module controls the theft relay but the FSM shows the relay to be normally closed. This could be wrong as I've seen other switches in the manual indicate they were that way when they were actually normally open. If it's normally open it would need the security module to close the relay on start. One thing you can do is check to see if you have voltage at the starter relay coil when you turn the key to start. If you do you can bypass everything by running a ground to the other side of the starter relay coil. You'll have to disconnect one side of the coil at a time to check for which side has the voltage so you'll know what side to add ground. If you ground the wrong side you'll most likely fry a wire.
